Service Planning Coordinator

Anderson Knight Recruitment is looking to recruit a Service Planning Coordinator to join one of our clients in South Lanarkshire on a full-time permanent basis. As Service Planning Coordinator you will be responsible for planning the diaries of the engineers of the business.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced service coordinator to join the planning team. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
* Scheduling all labour within your geographic area to meet the required Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for reactive, quoted, and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) jobs.
* Efficiently planning routes for the engineers in your area using available software to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time.
* Demonstrating the ability to work positively and enthusiastically under pressure to achieve the goals of the area, team, and wider Service department.
* Providing prompt responses to customer queries and phone calls, ensuring excellent customer service.
* Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as new jobs, return visits, overdue booked jobs, and quoted works & PPM.
* Ensuring that the internal service system and client-specific websites are updated and aligned with the SLAs.
* Providing coverage for the service mailbox, logging calls, and answering queries, especially during periods of sickness or holidays.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
