Our client is a successful manufacturer who are experiencing accelerated growth and a massive demand for their products. They are looking for an experienced Administrator to support the Site Managers and relieve them of some responsibilities so they can focus on managing the manufacturing process.
This is a temporary ongoing, rolling contract with no planned finish date, this role may go permanent (TBC).
This role would suit a Senior Administrator / PA / Personal Assistant / EA / Executive Assistant / Office Manager with several years’ experience as a minimum.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 4.00pm (paid for 37.5 hours a week)
Salary is £12.05 per hour (works out at £23,500 per year).
Location – Hazlehead (near Penistone/Holmfirth)
Main responsibilities:
• To provide a high level of administrative support to the Operations team, conducting a variety of tasks to the highest standards.
• You will be highly safety, and customer focused, and responsible for maintaining existing departmental, administrative systems.
• Co-ordinating site meetings involving visitors from different UK regions & specialties.
• Update dynamic screens and noticeboards as and when required.
• Producing weekly / monthly reports.
• Meetings – preparations, minutes & action recording, action tracking, report generation, meeting room diary management.
• Resource control – e.g. pool cars & numerous routine supply contracts e.g. overalls, vending & cleaning; stationery supplies, buffets.
• Visitor & contractors – intercoms / preparation / receipt / controls / induction.
• Provide document sets for briefing & training sessions.
• General office duties to ensure the smooth running of the department. e.g. filing, housekeeping.
• Support a variety of PC and paper-based systems.
Requirements:
• Several years experience in similar an Administrative role (Senior Administrator / PA / Personal Assistant / EA / Executive Assistant / Office Manager), with experience in most of the above responsibilities.
• Training will be provided, however you should be able to ‘hit the ground running’ and pick up new processes quickly.
• You must be flexible in order to cover holidays, and general approach to workload.
• Essential: You must drive and have your own transport due to the location of the company.
Software skills:
• Essential: Knowledge of Microsoft Office is paramount: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook.
• Desirable: Project Online, SharePoint, Forms, Power Apps, SAP
