Site Manager
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £240 – £250/day
My client is currently looking for a Site Manager (No1) for a 6 week school refurbishment project in Nuneaton due to start with immediate effect.
A suitable candidate will be able to oversee the following:
Health and Safety on site including inductions, talk box talks, RAMS review and general health and safety.
Internal demolition of classrooms / communal areas including existing heating and ventilation system.
Full internal fit out including replacement heating & ventilation system, suspended & plasterboard ceilings, partitions and all other associated internal packages.
Quality Control
Snagging & Handover
Liaising with the end client
