Site Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £50000 – £55000/annum + Package & Car Allowance
I am currently working with an award winning national developer who are looking for an experienced Site Manager for one of their large timber frame build projects in Kent.
We are looking for someone with experience on a medium to large timber frame housing scheme for a residential developer, with the ability to take a project from groundworks to completion and handover.
The project includes over 250 new build units in the region of Kent and will be built for private sale and social housing/shared ownership.
The successful candidate needs to be able to demonstrate experience of delivering their own sites as No1 or No2 from start to finish. Candidates must have Timber Frame experience in order to be considered for this position, along with the usual H&S tickets in date due to the client looking to make a quick appointment.
This is a permanent opportunity and relevant experience and longevity in the CV is a must
