Position: Site Manager – Housing – New Build

Location: Barking

Salary: c£60,000 – £65,000 + Package

Site Manager required by leading residential contractor to manage the build of 14 flats in Barking.

Company Overview: Our client is a regional contractor undertaking new build contracts typically between £5m and £15m in value. Projects are typically Traditional Frame and of a high specification. This project is a block of 14 traditional build shared ownership flats.

Position: They require an experienced Site Manager to be the no.1 to be fully responsible for the delivery of the scheme heading up the site team and controlling all the trades on site.

Individual: You will have a good track record of delivering new build residential schemes above £5m in value within either the private sector or affordable housing market.

Good knowledge of foundations/piling and groundworks is essential for this project
