Site Materials Planner & Client Liaison

Salary : £25000 – £28000/annum
Our client, an international engineering and manufacturing organisation based in South Yorkshire, is now looking to recruit a Senior Site Materials and Logistics Planner to join their team.
The successful canddiate must have either extensive B2B customer service experience OR experience from within a very similar role.

Job Purpose
To plan, schedule and deliver a world class services experience to our clients' customers. This role will have responsibility to cover all aspects of personnel, equipment and materials deployment from order receipt to return of equipment to different corporate locations.
Key Duties:
1. Schedule and arrange deployment of personnel to fulfil customer demand efficiently and effectively
2. Schedule and arrange logistics for deployment of equipment and materials to fulfil customer demand efficiently and effectively
3. Build, monitor and adjust master planning schedules as necessary
4. Control equipment and material movements
5. Ensure all certification and maintenance of men and equipment is up to date and relevant
6. Liaise with teams on customer work sites and manage and amend plans and schedules as necessary
7. Work with Customer Service team leader to exceed performance expectations at customers
