Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £14.27 – £15.73/hour
Great opportunity to work as a Skilled Butcher in a meat factory for a leading supermarket.
Staffline is recruiting for a Skilled Butcher to work in Colne.
The rate of pay varies between £14.27 to £15.73 depending on your skill level.
Each candidate will be assessed by an onsite training officer during the block test/knife test.
You will be flexible. The hours of work are:
– 6am to finish
– 3pm to finish
Each shift is planned for 8 hours however, due to the nature of the business flexibility with regards to finish time is a must, as sometimes shifts can go a little longer or shorter subject to day-to-day production.
Your Time at Work
As a Skilled Butcher at this site, your duties will include:
– Deboning meat
– Trimming meat to specified requirement
This role may involve some heavy lifting.
Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal Skilled Butcher will have good knife skills.
Experience as a Butcher is required.
