Skilled Tractor Driver

Salary : £26000 – £28000/annum
Skilled tractor operator. Main role for primary cultivation work for cereal and beet land Ploughing with 6 furrow Kvernland plough.
We run a fleet of modern Puma tractors.
We have a strong team of 6 experienced operators so they would need to fit in with working alongside them. Will also need to be prepared to conduct a range of farm duties as the seasons dictate. Some Manual work, Trailer work, Fertiliser spreading, loading lorries, cleaning barns etc. Must be capable of routine machinery maintenance and ideally some workshop experience and Telehandler use experience.
Hours of work.
(Apply online only). Mon-Fri Standard hours.
Potentially extensive overtime after 4pm and at weekends during busy drilling/harvesting periods.
Base salary is £385/week (for 39hr week) Overtime at £14.70/hr.
Can expect between £25-30k p.a.
23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
