We are offering a temp to perm contract starting on the 13th June with an excellent pay rate of £10.09 per hour!
About the role
Working in the Digital Channel Strategy specialist team within Customer Contact. Delivering excellent customer service whilst responding to any inbound social media related query relating to any of the Customer Resolution processes.
Your role will also involve dealing with a wide variety of both household and non-household customers, so an acute awareness of customer relationship is essential to succeed in this position. You will also be expected to communicate and work effectively with other areas of the business.
About you
Management and prioritisation of your own workload to ensure effective delivery of deadlines.
Effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders both in writing and verbally.
Working to various performance targets including; customer satisfaction, productivity and accuracy.
Taking accountability and ownership to resolve customer queries.
Collecting, Analysing and resolving all below standard scores for any Digital journey, then providing feedback to remove poor process from the digital experience/journey.
