Social Media and Content Officer 

Nottingham – Part-time, flexible hours  

£23,000 – £26,000 (pro rata) DOE 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media and Content Officer to join our growing team.  Working across two recruitment agencies the successful candidate will have experience managing social media channels, including copywriting and proofing and scheduling posts.   

You will be able to work off your initiative, be proactive, and solve problems.  

Attention to detail is essential.  You will be highly motivated and a self-starter with the following skills and experience needed: 

Presenting marketing ideas to the management team and communicating effectively to all others on the broader team 
Taking ownership of the social content plan and schedule across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter and other social channels 
Creating compelling good social media content 
Review of social media engagement and growth to improve plans 
Collaboration with employees and managers across the business
Being on top of the latest social media trends 
Define KPIs for social media campaigns 
Engage with customers and followers 
Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms. 
Monitor campaigns and analyses data obtained. 
Create a weekly report detailing the status of social media channels, past, present and future 
2 – 3 years of experience as a social media manager or a similar role 

This is an office-based, part-time position with flexibility around the days worked and could suit school pickup/drop-off times etc….
