Salary : £9.18/hour

A fantastic opportunity to join a busy Marketing team for the fastest growing retailer in the South West and make your mark in a role where you will be responsible for driving our consumer facing marketing strategy forward.

You will be joining a marketing team who work closely with an internal design and photo studio. This role will involve a full spectrum of retail marketing which includes, Advertising, PR, Leaflet and brochure’s, in-store POS, Partnership Marketing, Digital campaigns and a busy store opening programme.

Key skills:

Essential:

* Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a relatable Marketing role, B2C marketing experience an advantage

* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with accountability for delivering campaigns on time and on budget

* Ability to analyse data and adapt marketing activity based on results

* Experience in producing consumer facing marketing literature

* Be able to simultaneously manage multiple projects with various stakeholders

* A natural flair for writing, with strong copywriting and communication skills in English

* Proven exceptional communication and partnership development skills

* Self-motivated with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail

Desirable:

* Degree educated or equivalent

* Knowledge of digital reporting software such as Google Analytics

* Knowledge of Google Adwords, PPC, CPC Campaigns would be advantageous
