The Birtenshaw Group wishes to recruit an enthusiastic Social Media Assistant to create and execute the social media strategy and content with the aim to drive growth on each platform and spread awareness of our mission to the world.

Social Media Assistant Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain our social media accounts (including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube)
Responsible for ensuring social media posts are being delivered effectively, including the tone of voice used and suitability of a post within a scheduled marketing strategy.
Creating, writing and repurposing content for all of the major social media platforms
Identify new platform opportunities and content streams to help grow our brand awareness and reach.
Report back to your line manager on content performances and analytics.
Editing videos to make compelling videos with a strong story and narrative.

Social Media Assistant Requirements:

Confident using scheduling and analysis tools
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A willingness to learn new skills.
Passion for social media and thorough knowledge and understanding of all key platforms
Skilled with editing software (Canva, Adobe packages and so on)
