Role based in Leatherhead
 
This is a unique opportunity to work for a Global FMCG company and help them stand out from the crowd on their Social Media Channels and show their capabilities in the world of food.

Purpose of the Role
This role is responsible for supporting in the development of recipes and key visuals, and video content to be used on all company Social Channel and with key partners. Driving brand awareness and creativity around the products with customer focused engagement. Delivering brand messages and supporting key customers with remote training.

Key Responsibilities of the Role
• Create and capture on trend video content to be used on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, TikTock.
• Collaborate with video editors to ensure final content is fit for market.
• Support on customer concept recipe creation.
• Photograph all recipes for use on websites including adding recipes to online systems.
• Visiting customers to capture video content on site.
• Working on concept development for key customers.
• Deliver training videos for key customers.
• Developing social media content including photography and videos.
• Supporting the Operator marketing team in running closed Facebook groups.
• Input all recipes on to the online system and ensure they meet the Internal Nutrition standards.
• Support the digital hub in developing online recipe content.
• Create and capture on trend video content to be used on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, TikTock.
• Collaborate with video editors to ensure final content is fit for market.
• Support on customer concept recipe creation
• Photograph all recipes for use on websites
• Ensure all the recipes meet customer nutritional standard and HNS framework.
• Actively aware of food trends, food styling and food photography.

General Requirements
• Maintain kitchens to appropriate health and safety levels.

Essential Skills & Experience
• Fully Qualified Chef or Kitchen background is essential (NVQ Level 2/3) _ being able to flex styles between food service and Retail. With experience ranging from Fine dining, street food, world cuisines and casual dining.
• Ability to write a recipe and have an authentic tone of voice.
• Prior experience in food photography and food styling.
• Prior experience of filming and editing.
• Some form of social media profile – Instagram/tic-tok/youtube
• Be able to deliver annual goals aligned to business priorities.
• Good communication and 'people skills
