Social Media Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £45000/annum
I am working closely with a collaborative investment led business based in Lytham St Annes who believe that sometimes starting with simply a concept enables them to create and invest in commercial ventures that interests them as a team. This collaborative approach allows my client to have ambitions way beyond the obvious with an impressive portfolio which includes investments in Health & Leisure, Sustainability and Development. Due to ongoing growth, they are now looking for a credible, experienced, and qualified Social Media Manager to develop and execute the social media strategy, setting objectives and KPIs for all channels, with the aim to increase engagement and reach. You will also work with the Brand Manager to create unique and innovative ideas to produce 'scroll stopping' content for all brands within the portfolio.
The Role:
* Produce reports for senior management, analysing performance with recommendations for growth
* Continuously conduct industry and competitor research to ensure we stay in line with market trends
* Ability and willingness to learn about the various industries across our portfolio
* Responding appropriately to all engagement across channels
* Day to day management of social media channels across the several brands
Role Relevant Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years' full-time experience.
* Experience with social media management platforms
* Confident working across multiple social platforms and brands
* Understanding of analytical metrics of social media performance and how-to tailor campaigns to suit our intended social media goals
* Proven ability to grow social reach and the ability to increase engagement and conversion rates across all key platforms
* Experience of paid social advertising
* Experience on working with both influencers and influencer platforms
* Proven ability to optimise organic growth of social engagement
* Image and video content creation skills (Ideally)
