We are seeking a talented Social Media/ Marketing Executive to join our team in Tiverton, Devon.

Social Media/ Marketing Executive Duties:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and PPC advertising strategy to promote our recycling services, buying and selling initiatives, and MobiONE automated testing tools
Create engaging and persuasive content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, highlighting our unique offerings and sustainability-focused solutions
Optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google AdWords and Facebook Ads to maximize reach, conversions, and ROI
Conduct keyword research to identify relevant terms and phrases to enhance our online presence and drive targeted traffic
Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling messaging and visuals that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience
Monitor social media and PPC campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to improve results and optimise campaigns
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in social media and PPC advertising
Engage with our global customer base and build a strong online community through active social media management, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
Social Media/ Marketing Executive Requirements:
Proven experience and a successful track record in managing social media and PPC campaigns
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, PPC advertising platforms, and relevant tools for campaign management and analytics
Strong understanding of the circular economy and recycling industry, with a passion for sustainable solutions and consumer electronics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and content creation abilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with the global market and cultural nuances to tailor campaigns accordingly
