The opportunity
* As a Social Media Specialist your main focus will be the effective management of all corporate social media channels and the effective use of social media content as part of an integrated approach to communications activities.
* Your days will be full and varied.and you will be responsible for the delivery of social media strategies for all channels, curating and creating content for positive reach and engagement.
* Responsible for providing information, advice and guidance to colleagues in the wide network of communications professionals on social media best practice.
The successful candidate
Creative and innovative, you are a passionate advocate for the potential of social media to transform communication between parties
Keen to build on your experience of running social media activity in a large organisation, as well as a strong understanding of social analytics and what makes great content, you are adaptable and adept at working in a fast moving, customer-first environment that relies on real-time communications.
Experience of curating user-generated content and training non-professional social media users and understand the importance of quality assurance
