Position: Soft Landscape Supervisor
Reports to: Head of Soft Landscaping
Location: London various
Salary: c£35,000 – £42,000 dependent on experience
We are a leading landscaping company that has various new projects around London starting very soon and are now looking to hire passionate and motivated
Soft Landscape Supervisors to help steer these projects, some of which are the largest and most prestigious in London.
Key Accountabilities:
○ Ensuring that all soft landscaping work is correctly and efficiently carried out
○ Liaising with other members of the construction teams to coordinate activities
○ Using drawings to accurately create landscaping schemes
○ Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are met across all activities and that RAMS are in place
○ Must be able to work on own initiative, with a proactive and flexible attitude
○ The ability to be flexible to meet the needs and demands on the role

Required Qualifications:
Knowledge / Technical
○ CSCS Card
○ Proven horticultural knowledge and abilities
○ Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental issues relevant to the project environment
○ You should have knowledge of plants and best horticultural practice
○ Full clean driving licence
○ [Desirable] CPCS – Dumper, excavator, tele-handler.
Behavioural Skills:
○ Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
○ Excellent interpersonal skills, you will be liaising with clients and designers, so this is a key skill.
○ Enthusiasm and drive to develop a career in the landscape industry.
Previous Experience:
○ Experience with irrigation systems and water features
○ Sufficient experience required in construction
○ Experience in handling and planting of large trees
