Software Development Manager – Hybrid
It is expected that you will need to attend the office approx. 2 days a month.

This role would be suitable for a team lead developer/Software Development Manager who has a good background in Software development. The candidate will manage a small team of developers in the UK and a team in Europe.
As an experienced Software Development Manager, you will lead and manage the software development team to successfully deliver high-quality software products that meet business goals and customer needs.
You will provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding the technical design and implementation of software products and ensuring that the codebase is of high quality.
In addition to your technical skills, we're looking for someone who is passionate about agile ways of working and who has a track record of delivering high-quality software products using agile methodologies.
In addition, you are responsible for identifying and mitigating risks in the software development process, such as technical or resource-related risks, to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.

Key skills & experience include:
* Relevant management or leadership experience
* Worked within a SaaS company.
* SCRUM, KANBAN & DevOps

* Knowledge of programming languages like C#
* Front End Technologies including Angular.
