Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious Windows Desktop Application Software Engineer (other roles available) to join a fast-growing global company, led by experienced staff who not only focus on a market-leading product but also the culture and working environment of the company to make it a great place to be.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical design and implementation of new features and enhancements to our existing cloud-based solution for our Windows Desktop Application. They will work in all phases of the development cycle: concept to implementation using a range of technologies.
Essential Skills:
Candidates must:
* Be inventive and resourceful to solve problems
* Use initiative to make efficient use of time
* Perform full life-cycle development for our Windows Desktop Application
* Adhere to agreed upon delivery schedules when applicable
* Utilise Git source control, continuous integration, and unit testing best practices
* Have good experience of C# .NET (framework, standard and core)
* Have interest in or understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud technology
* Have interest in or understanding of plugin architecture, asynchronous API calls and other web-based network technologies
* Enjoy working as part of a team but can also work well in isolation using own initiative
