Software Engineer C/C

A small, yet well-established engineering firm that continues to thrive is seeking a high-calibre Software Engineer to develop real-time software, primarily in C/C++ on Linux. It's a great chance to collaborate with intelligent individuals dedicated to innovation and customer satisfaction, all while striving for the highest standards.
In addition to low-level embedded coding, there are also opportunities to work on web applications using JavaScript, and handle communications over TCP/IP, serial, and CAN bus, along with some mathematical tasks.
Given the highly technical nature of the role, a strong academic background is required, including A-grade A levels and a degree from a leading university. While degrees in Computer Science or Electronics are ideal, those with proven programming skills from other disciplines are also welcomed.
Suitable Software Engineers should possess a few years commercial experience and solid knowledge in C or C++ to apply.
Further skills in as many as possible of the following are beneficial but not essential:
Developing and maintaining web applications using JavaScript (either server or client side)
Communication protocols such as TCP/IP, serial and CAN bus
Embedded systems, RTOS, Linux
