Software Trainer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £27500 – £33000/annum OTE
£27,500 per year plus bonus (OTE £33,000)
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Full UK Driving License
Netwirking Recruitment are working with a business based in Gosforth who are looking to add a Software Trainer to their team.
With over 30 years experience in their sector, they are looking for someone from a software/technical background who also possesses exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* On-site training and customer set-up, supporting software implementation
* Remote training, 1-2-1 to webinar size events
* Assisting with software personalisation and troubleshooting
* Remote and in-person demonstrations to potential customers as part of sales process
* Soft/upselling additional features
* Providing high level/complex support (when fully conversant with products)

About You:
* A strong background gained in a similar fast-moving, service-driven tech environment, operating as a Software Trainer or in a highly Training-oriented role
* A positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skill
* Relevant technical skills, knowledge and qualifications – academic or vocational such as ITIL
* Flexibility to be away from home for 1-2 nights per week
* Office and field based role – approx. 60/40
