Sous Chef
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £23000 – £25000/annum

We require an experienced, creative and energetic Sous Chef to support our head chef and work along side the rest of our team
You will have
a positive and enthusiastic attitude
great organisation and communication skills
a willingness to contribute to the continuous development of the restaurant
You will be required
to assist with deliveries & stock rotation
to manage & maintain a clean working environment and adhere to all food safety and environmental health regulations
to assist in the development, preparation & cooking of our varied dishes
to be involved and contribute at all team meetings
Any other reasonable requests in line with role
