Salary : £26000 – £28000/annum
A beautiful hotel based near Stokenchurch , Bucks is seeking a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef to join their team.
As Sous Chef, within the management team, you will deputise in the Head Chefs absence and support the kitchen operations to produce outstanding food for the restaurant and banqueting operation.
As Sous Chef you will assist in the supervising and running of the department according to set guidelines and supervise the smooth production and service of food from the kitchen.
Possess excellent culinary and presentation skills – ensuring all dishes are prepared according to the standards set by the Head Chef.
The Sous Chef will manage kitchen team – briefing, supervising and motivating team members.
Have a thorough knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety and train teams on this.
