An exciting position has become available for a full time Sous Chef to join a friendly team based in West Kirby. The successful candidate will earn £25,000 – £27,500
The successful candidate will be an addition to an existing team to bring the restaurant forwards by assisting in the creation of dishes and driving the importance of customer satisfaction.
Role Requirements
Previous experience in a chef role is essential
High standard of food hygiene and health and safety
A passion for producing amazing fresh seasonal local food to a high standard is essential
Adaptable – willing to work as part of a team to showcase your talent
Works well as part of a team
Experience as a sous chef in a similar environment
Looking for a long-term role
Role Responsibilities
Contribute to the production of food items in accordance to agreed specifications
Ensure that all menu dishes are prepared with attention to detail and to the highest standard.
Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen are prepared to the approved standard of presentation.
Adhere to HACCP compliance within the kitchen
Maintain a friendly cooperative working environment
Report any maintenance issues
