Job Summary
Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting a Sous Chef on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will be assisting the Head Chef whilst working as part of the catering team, responsible for the preparation and serving of meals to customers in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure a high level of service in accordance with health and safety regulations and good housekeeping within the department.

Shifts:
* Hours are 7:30am – 4:30pm
* Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday.
Job Role:
* Assist with the preparation of food and the serving of all meals to customers
* Working as a team to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy
* Ensuring all food and health and safety regulations are followed
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in a contract catering related environment
* Good customer service and communication skills
* Ability to lead a shift in a busy kitchen
* Ability to work well in a team
* Basic Food Hygiene and Basic Health and Safety certificates are advantageous but not essential
