Interaction Hospitality is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join this award-winning luxury hotel on the outskirts of Stafford. This Sous Chef role requires previous experience in a similar role. The venue has a superb reputation for serving some of the finest food and delivering world class customer service in the local area. Previous Rosette experience desired, but not essential.

About You:
· Someone who holds at least a Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene qualification
· You must be self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
· Accuracy and speed in handling busy services and providing solutions
· Have fantastic attention to detail and creativity
· Be able to handle many tasks at once
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team
· Be obsessed with food quality and hygiene standards
The Role:
· Managing our award winning kitchen in the Head Chef's and Senior Sous Chefs absence, ensuring food standards are maintained, stock control and team performance
· Provide input into our seasonal fresh menus
· Assist the Head Chef in ensuring the kitchen meets all its statutory requirements e.g. Health and Safety and Food Hygiene
· Training staff to meet your high standards and exceed expectations
