Interaction Hospitality is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join this fantastic venue in Warwick, to work alongside the Head Chef. The Sous Chef required for this role will be able to manage the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.
About You:
· You must be self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
· Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
· You will be a passionate leader and you will impart your skills and knowledge to the junior team
· You must be hands on, and lead the team from the pass
· You will be an excellent number two to the experienced head chef
The Role:
· Fill in for the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
· Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with specification and served to the correct quality
· Seamless execution of busy services
· Manage and train kitchen staff
· Delivering quality produce at volume
· Comply and enforce health & safety practices
