Sous Chef, £28,500 plus overtime , All fresh Gastro Pub group, loyalty bonus of £4k after 6 months service! Located on the Wirral, travelling distance of Chester & Liverpool.
Sous Chef required for this all fresh Country Pub located on the Wirral. As Sous Chef you will work closely with the Head Chef helping with all daily duties of a busy pub kitchen as well as having function facilities. Part of a large company, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a growing Restaurant/Pub company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As Sous Chef you will help manage the kitchen in the production and service of the best quality menus using the freshest ingredients. Your role will involve deputising in the absence of the Head Chef so good management skills are needed. The site has two kitchens so you will be responsible for ensuring both kitchens run smoothly at all times. Motivation and inspiration are essential to communicate the way forward and continue in the restaurants success. 5 out of 7 days.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will have the ability to prepare foods to a high standard, good man management skills, hard-working and will have good communication skills. Experience in a similar Chef position is essential. A proven track record, strong development, career driven with fresh ideas will express drive, success and passion for the position.
