My cleint is looking for a Sous Chef to work alongside a Head Chef in a charming gastro pub in a little village in East Devon. The Sous Chef will be tasked to assisting the Head Chef in the creation of dishes with locally sourced produce from a seasonal, dynamic menu. You will be trained and assisted by the head chef to help you refine your skillset.
