Interaction Recruitment is looking to find a superstar Sous Chef to join a stunning venue in Stratford. The Sous Chef required for this role will be well versed in fresh, modern food, as well as managing a team

The Role

· Delivering quality produce in a relaxed, luxury setting

· Running the kitchen in absence of the Head Chef

· Volume experience is desirable
