Sous Chef
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £30000/annum Accommodation available
We are searching for a confident Sous Chef to add to our existing kitchen team at our stunning, family owned 5 star holiday park near New Quay.
The ideal Chef will have at least 3 years chef experience and will be able to work weekends with 2 days off during the week. Hours will vary depending on the season and hours will be expected to be approx 45 hours per week with the option of live in accommodation for a small fee for the right candidate.
Skills & Experience
Working at pace, you will be preparing and cooking fresh produce using traditional skills
Level 2 food hygiene qualification
Self motivated with the ability to confidently work unsupervised
You will have a positive hands on approach, excellent communication skills and also the ability to remain calm under pressure with a passion to succeed
Friendly and flexible attitude with the ability to work well within our existing team
Hygiene will be of major importance to you and you should be able to adhere to our strict food safety policy
