Verelogic is supporting Swindon Town Football club with their search for a Sous Chef. The club is a unique venue, with the purchase of the county ground from the council, they are looking to expand their catering team with the redevelopment of the ground on the cards.
They're looking for an ambitious Sous Chef to join the friendly team, the food is outstanding with a real commitment to the best fresh, seasonal – local ingredients. Everything is cooked from scratch; Menus are developed by the chefs, in house.
Who are we looking for?
Ideally, we are looking for a Sous Chef looking to join our kitchen operation,
high volume & fresh food experience is a must, and importantly you must be ambitious & a team player.
be able to work closely with the head chef with ordering and menus and be confident to cover when the head chef is off.
