Salary: £29,500 per annum plus staff benefits.
Contract: Full time, 45 hours per week.
The Lowry is an internationally acclaimed cultural landmark situated at the heart of MediaCityUK, one of the world’s most exciting culture and media destinations.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen and we are looking for a talented dynamic hands-on Sous Chef to join our established kitchen team at The Lowry. You will help prepare, cook and serve food for all Hospitality areas of The Lowry including our Pier Eight Restaurant. You will be responsible for ensuring a constant high standard of quality and customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential and applicants should possess an advanced Food Hygiene Certificate. You will have knowledge of stock procurement, control and storage. You should have experience of supervising and developing teams and individuals, with the ability to deputise in the Head Chef’s absence.
