Sous Chef
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £28000 – £30000/annum
Taylor Stevenson are proud to be working to be working with a well-know hotel and restaurant based in the heart of Bawtry.
We are looking for a Sous chef for both wedding/events and to work within their restaurant on a permanent basis.
The individual must be talented and hard working, working alongside the executive head chef to provide top quality foods and deliver great food for events.
Responsibilities:
Prepping the food elements in advance of each event
Prepare and cook food on event day
Working with the front of house to deliver a smooth event
Always Maintaining hygiene standards and keeping the production clean and tidy
Skills:
Ideally Over 3 year’s kitchen experience
Experience of delivering various wedding/event style food of up to 100
Understanding of Allergens & food Safety
Ability to work under pressure, within a team and follow instructions
Food qualifications
Working 5 shifts over 7 days. Straight shifts with no split shifts. Day/ afters shifts.
Salary- £30,000
Starts are available as soon as possible, there is free parking and free/discounted food is offered
