D & R recruitment are welcoming an experienced Sous Chef to join our customer in a 4* hotel based in Luton and work in there fine dining restaurant.

We are excited to be working alongside an amazing venue, based in Luton who are looking to grow there fine dining team! This is an amazing property that has amazing development plans, and the successful candidates will be fortunate enough to be working in a brand-new kitchen!

You will be working in the brand-new fine dining restaurant, which is based within the amazing grounds of the hotel. The successful CDP will be experienced in fine dining.

You will be responsible for daily operations of the kitchen and food production and ensure the quality of the food is being maintained. You will also assist the Head Chef with making sure all policies and procedures are followed.
