Our client, a unique fine dining manor hotel is offering an exciting opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to join their team. You will join a prestigious rosette awarded country house hotel with exceptional career growth potential.

Role & Responsibilities:

Collaborate effectively as a key team player supporting Head Chef and junior members.
Lead team with strong people management and cultural emphasis.
Infuse creativity into menus, maintaining high standards and consistency.
Exhibit passion for fresh cuisine, constantly seeking menu enhancements.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in fine dining environment
Passionate about creating new menus and deeply enthusiastic about delicious food.
Proficient in team training and development.
Previous involvement in a 1 AA rosette restaurant is advantageous.
