Interaction Recruitment is looking to find a superstar Sous Chef to join a stunning new opening of an events venue near Coventry. The Junior Sous Chef required for this role will be well versed in fresh food, as well as delivery of bespoke events and weddings
About You
· You will be not only a standards driven Sous Chef, but you will be a huge part of the brigade and run the events and weddings to a rosette standard
· You will be up to date with modern trends, and your finger will be on the pulse of hospitality
· You must be hands on, and lead the junior brigade by examplE
· We dont need a prima-donna chef for this one, but someone who is at home cooking amazing fresh food for the guests
The Role
· Delivering quality plates of food throughout the property
· Supporting the Head Chef with the daily running of the kitchen
· Rosette or hotel background is desirable
· Great work life balance
