Experienced Sous Chef ~ Pub Restaurant with Rooms ~ Exmoor ~ Live-in ~ £32k – £35k
Our client is seeking a Chef with creative flair to join the team and work as Sous Chef in this small pub restaurant with rooms.
What's Required
Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef
Sound knowledge of working with fresh ingredients
Ideally experienced at AA Rosette level
Flexible "can do" attitude
Own Transport an advantage
You will share responsibility of the running of the kitchen, assisting the Head Chef with menus, purchasing, stock control/rotation and achieving GP targets. You should have a love for all styles of food production, a good knowledge of traditional French and Modern English dishes.
