Simple Recruitment are currently seeking a friendly, driven, food focused Sous chefs work at an event for a prestigious client site-based in Rugby area!

What we are looking for :
* Highly experienced chefs
* Owner of chef whites, safety shoes, and their own knives
* Experience working with a variety of cuisines
* Ability to work under pressure and strict time limits
* Experience working different types of service such as – Banqueting – A La Carte – Buffet
* Ability to work individually and as part of a team
* Great attitude toward work
* Reliability
* Knowledge of Health and Safety – Allergens – HACCP – COSHH
