As a crucial part of our culinary team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Kitchen Manager and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences to our residents.
Position: Sous Chef
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, rota shifts, every other weekend required
Some Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with the Kitchen Manager to oversee kitchen operations.
* Assist in menu planning and creation of delicious, nutritionally balanced meals.
* Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
* Lead by example in food preparation and presentation.
* Mentor and guide kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.
