The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a strong, enthusiastic and experienced Sous Chef to work in a quality and busy hotel. The restaurant offers locally sourced ingredients coupled with an excellent choice of wines and spirits. You will be working with a team of handpicked chefs who pride themselves in the highest standards of presentation. The menu is seasonal and daily specials will keep you motivated and stimulated. What we need from you
NVQ 1, 2 and 3 but not essential, previous restaurant and fine dining experience working in units at 1 Rosette standard or above preferred.
