Here at the little seafood bar we are an ever growing small business . we are very busy and are looking for the right person to join our team . We currently have 35 covers inside and 30 covers outside but will be expanding in January to then have 50 covers inside .
We would ideally like someone with experience and a passion for cooking and creating dishes . You will work along side our existing head chef helping them to execute consistently delicious dishes . jobs will include helping to create dishes and seasonal menus , kitchen checks , monitoring food safety and handling , completing daily kitchen checks , assisting plating and cooking all dishes on the menu and the preparation of food ready for service .
We are predominately seafood and fish so ideally you would need experience in that field or just a love for seafood or fish in general . We are a small friendly team and Have a small but well equipped kitchen . we look forward to hearing from you
