Interaction Hospitality is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join this fantastic venue in near Atherstone to work alongside the Head Chef. This Sous Chef role requires previous experience in a similar role. Rosette experience desirable but not essential.
About You:
· You must be self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
· You will need Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
· Excellent record in kitchen and staff management
· You will be an excellent number two to the experienced head chef
The Role:
· Fill in for the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
· Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
· Manage and train kitchen staff
· Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and solve any problematic situations
· Comply and enforce health & safety practices
