Sous Chef
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £35000/annum plus bonus and tips
Tonic are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our client's independent restaurant in Birmingham. The ideal Sous Chef will have a natural passion for fresh food cooking and be committed to developing and growing their career. This role will provide you with additional training and development to go to the next level.

* Salary Package of £25-35,000 per annum made up of basic salary and TRONC
* Working with and learning under an inspirational Head Chef
* 4 working days (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday off)

Desirable qualities in Sous Chef applicants at this level will include;
* 3 or more year's experience in a professional kitchen
* A team player who is comfortable supporting the senior team and holding the kitchen in their absence
* A true passion for food, ingredients and current trends
* Good knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety legislation
* Drive, ambition, and commitment to your career
