Our Award-Winning client is expanding and they are looking for a talented Snr Sous Chef to join the brigade of their brand new GastroPub/Restaurant near Southam, Warwickshire.

Our client operates great destination pubs around the four shires, organise awesome events, host epic weddings and deliver scrumptious food, whilst always aiming to deliver that extra service for their guests.

The Role:

We are looking for someone who needs to be passionate about great seasonal ingredients, bring energy, have stamina & inspiration. As a Snr Sous Chef you must communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, lead from the front, able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests.

Your Experience will ideally consist of:

• 3+ yrs at CDP level or 1yr as Sous Chef in a fresh food environment

• Have own transport due to location.

• Be a hardworking person with a can-do attitude

• Must have experience working in a busy restaurant

• Have good communication skills

• Be guest focused

• Be passionate about food

• Be able to work daytime, evenings and weekends
