SALARY:
The rate of pay depends on experience and can be negotiated with our client.
*The Role*
You will be working alone and as part of a team in a popular venue to prepare and cook traditional bar meals to a high standard.
Duties will include:
* General food preparation/cooking – low and high volumes
* Working alongside the company owner – making decisions and following their direction as appropriate
* Maintaining high levels of sanitisation
* Record keeping
* Adhering to Food Hygiene and Allergen laws and regulations
* Supporting colleagues as reasonably required to meet targets and deadlines
*Essential requirements for the role
* At least 12 months experience in a Catering / Kitchen environment
* Food Safety L2 / Allergen Certificates
* Optimistic attitude
* Able to work under pressure with a great eye for detail
* Access to vehicle / transportation is desirable but not essential
