We are looking to recruit a Sous Chef for this amazing, independently owned food led Café/ unit situated on the outskirts of Bicester in Oxfordshire. The business is a real hit with locals and what started as a café with your typical basic offering, has now become more of a restaurant offering with some outside event catering too for some of the cooperate companies around the town.
This is very much a stand alone role, looking after just one kitchen porter. The role suits a Sous Chef, as the owners take care of all your ordering, HACCP and back office. We just need a passionate foodie chef that can deliver quality, flavorsome dishes. You will be given the opportunity to showcase your food in line with the business model, creating your own menus. This also includes the canapes and function menus too.
We are looking for a Sous Chef that is happy to work within a family run business and who can help take the offering forward.
Working hours are 7am-3pm, working Tuesday to Saturday.
