Salary : £30000 – £35000/annum tronc

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a highly regarded banqueting and events venue in Churchdown. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants work-life balance with seasonal flexibility.

What’s on Offer?

£30K-£35K + tronc
Flexible hours – busy wedding season but relaxed winters with 4-day weeks finishing at midday
Early starts, early finishes – structured shifts for better work-life balance
Summer schedule:

Midweek: 7 AM – 2 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 10 PM
Sunday & Monday off

What You’ll Need:

Experience in banqueting & large-scale events
Ability to drive – you’ll be responsible for the kitchen van
Strong organisational skills to handle busy wedding seasons
A positive attitude & team spirit
One-day trial – informal meet & cook-off
