Sous Chef – Fine Dining – Crieff Scotland
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000/annum
Location: Situated on the banks of Loch Earn in Perthshire, with easy access from central belt regions including Stirling, Perth, Edinburgh, and Glasgow.
Hours: Annualised 40 – 45 hours per week. Extra hours worked during the summer season are compensated in the low season.
Working Days: 5 days a week. Operating 7 days a week from April to October and 5 days a week during the off-season.
Salary: £35,000 per annum Plus a share of tips.
Holidays: Statutory (28 days per annum)
Accommodation: Free Accommodation Available – Single room in a shared house. Free of charge, with a nominal fee of £40 per month for gas during winter months.

Team: 3 full-time chefs.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
* Assisting the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen activities.
* Overseeing and mentoring kitchen staff.
* Ensuring consistent and top-quality dish preparation and presentation.
* Assisting in menu creation, inventory, and kitchen hygiene standards.
