The Sous Chef is primarily responsible for producing hospitality but will also be responsible for the A La Carte menu in the brasserie
Ordering and receiving stock
General Supervision of the kitchen including HSE
Stock taking
Menu planning Who you are:
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience gained in restaurants and/or a quality contract catering unit
The ideal candidate is likely to be a very experienced at Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef level

Sous Chef – Hospitality – Canary Wharf
Up to £35,000 per annum
